I’m a teacher with about five years experience now, mostly teaching elementary school. I really enjoy working with kids, and I think I see myself staying in education for the long haul. But I’m starting to feel… stuck. I’m not really seeing a clear path for career advancement beyond just seniority pay bumps, and frankly, I’d like to be challenged more.
