Okay, so I’m really struggling to focus when I try to study. It’s not even like I’m procrastinating on purpose, but EVERYTHING seems more interesting than my textbook! I’m a college student, so I’m usually studying at my apartment. The worst offenders are definitely my phone (constantly checking social media), my roommates (they’re always having conversations), and even just my own thoughts (I start thinking about random stuff and completely lose track of what I was reading).

I also tried using website blockers, but I just end up turning them off after like 30 minutes! And noise-cancelling headphones help a little with the roommates, but not completely.
