What are some good apps or websites for parents to help manage screen time

Okay, so, I’m really struggling here. My kids, especially my 10-year-old, are practically glued to their tablets and phones. We’ve tried just, like, talking about it, but it doesn’t really work. I need something more than just lecturing. I’m looking for apps or websites that let me actually set limits, you know? Like, only 2 hours of YouTube a day or something. Ideally, I’d like to be able to control what apps they can access too. Something that can block certain websites or games that I don’t approve of.

Bonus points if it’s something that works on both Android and iOS devices since they have a mix of phones and tablets. And even better if it has features where I can reward them with extra screen time for doing chores or homework. We’re looking for something that feels fair, but also gives us, the parents, the control we need. And, honestly, something that’s not super complicated to set up and use! I’m not a tech whiz! What are some good options that other parents have had success with?
